Nayanika Roy, a Consultant Psychologist with 3+ years of experience, holds a Postgraduate degree in Applied Psychology, specializing in Stress Management and Community Psychology from the University of Calcutta. She has collaborated with organizations and hospitals, gaining expertise in human behavior and emotions. Passionate about guiding individuals through challenges, she specializes in complex psychological disorders and Graphology, offering evidence-based, personalized therapeutic interventions.

Presently, he leads a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to supporting SMEs in addressing complex challenges across sales and marketing, operations, finance, IT, and human resources. Notably, Deb has been instrumental in generating over £20 million in sales for his clients, with approximately 50% of this success attributed to securing contracts through competitive tendering processes.
